VAL UNION BFC SEMENCES wanted to build a seed processing plant (for all types of cereal grains). The engineering firm CTC conducted a needs analysis, focusing on capacity, storage, cleaning, and process flow diagrams. The CERES Agro-industrie teams were consulted to develop CTC's technical plans and to design the material handling processes.

We handled the design, manufacturing, and installation of the equipment. We then created the master plans and documents for the various major trades: civil engineering, metalwork, cells, and electrical automation.

The project consisted of:
> a line for receiving straw cereal seeds at 100 t/h
> a storage line with a rotary lump crusher
> 20 cells 200 of m3
> a recovery of 25 t/h with connections to the existing calibration/cleaning tower
> automatic emptying of the elevator feet.

Tight deadlines were also part of the complexity of this project: order validated at the end of 2015, completion in June 2016.
