“Express” creation of a new building for cereals
SPBL (Bordeaux Letierce Port Silo) - Bassens
The complexity of certain projects sometimes lies more in the ability to react quickly and meet deadlines, than in the technical design of the installations. CERES Agro-industry has organized these internal processes to be able to respond with great reliability to this type of need.
SPBL (Bordeaux Letierce Port Silo) gave the green light at the end of November 2015, for the installations to be launched in September 2016.
The project consisted of increase its storage capacity by the creation of a new building and the necessary connections. The structure was intended to store all types of cereals, with 500 t/h connections between the existing flat bottom and the new building, as well as the equipment for filling and emptying the new flat bottom (elevator, belt conveyors, hoppers).
Our engineers were able to provide all the workload plans required to manage the other trades in less than 3 weeks. The start-up deadlines were met.
To move quickly, you need proven experience. The agro-industrial engineering heritage of CERES Agro-industry is undeniably a unique asset in these express procedures.
