In its drive to specialize its silos, VIVESCIA has chosen to modernize the Roncenay site in order to be able to collect and store grain from nearby crops and surrounding collection centers.

The Champagne cooperative called upon CERES AGRO INDUSTRIE to modernize its Roncenay site. In collaboration with the structural engineering, electrical, pneumatic, and dust extraction teams, and coordinated by the project management firm Balazot Ingénierie, we carried out the design, manufacturing, and installation (through our subsidiary CERES MONTAGE (CERES Services)) of the replacement of part of the 200-ton/hour handling system. This included the refurbishment of four receiving pits, the silage system, part of the silage bins, and the majority of the ductwork. The addition of a lump breaker and stainless steel mechanical equipment for the process of a new dryer completed the project, as did the installation of new shipping hoppers.

Our design office initially provided all its expertise in the field of cereals in order to minimize modifications to existing buildings and structures.

In a second phase, accompanied by our production teams, he adapted our range of mechanical equipment to the requirements of our client by adding numerous options to increase the durability of the equipment and reduce maintenance actions.

For the construction phase, CERES MONTAGE (CERES Services) carried out the work in several stages over 2 years in order not to impact the operation of the site.
